Burnt Finger BBQIf you were one of the lucky 300-400 people that swung by our booth at The American Royal BBQ a couple weeks ago, then you already know about (and maybe even tasted) our latest project. Remember that sauce and rub pictured in our Bacon Explosion recipe post? Well, the time has come to unveil those delicious concoctions to the world. And as a happy ending to this month’s rubdown, we’re even rolling out a few additions to some of our best selling product lines.

Burnt Finger BBQ Private Stock Pork Rub and Barbecue Sauce are the offical flavor profiles used in The Original Bacon Explosion™, which recently took home one of the top honors at the prestigious American Royal BBQ contest in Kansas City. Don’t let our marketing tactics fool you though. These products are as versatile as they come and can be used on just about anything you can imagine. Feeling like veggies? Use our Private Stock Barbecue Sauce in place of salad dressing. Got a hankering for a late night snack? Try the Private Stock Pork Rub dusted across warm buttery popcorn!

  1. I love the new Sauce and Rub introductions. I’ll be ordering a sample pack to test – I’d sure like to carry these in our BBQ shop. Thanks Jason for the follow on Twitter @greenleafbbq and I enjoy checking in on your Blog.

  2. Clint says:

    I used some of the new sauce at my last contest and came in 3rd overall. Not saying it was all the sauce, but I’m not saying it wasn’t! :)

  3. Jason says:

    @Clint – Congrats on the 3rd!!! A tasty KC style sauce can’t hurt. :)
