    We will be having Ribs, Burgers, Sausages, Hot Dogs and Chicken all on the grill. Crab Legs, Red Rice, Mac and Potato salad. Did I mention this will be at my in-laws house… I am lucky to have awesome in-laws.

    I’ve got bacon-wrapped tenderloins marinating right now. I’ve also set aside some ahi tuna steaks, and buffalo burgers!

    Saturday has to be St. Louis style spare ribs. Loving that with Smokin’ Guns Hot. Wrapping w/ apple juice, butter and brown sugar.
    Starting Sat. night, for Sunday lunch, a big 16 lb. brisket. Rubbing that down with some Plowboy’s Bovine Bold.
    Its going to be a Tri-Tip Monday. Seasoned w/ salt, pepper and garlic.
    Good Smokin’ everyone.

    So far this weekend, we grilled two burger recipes from Southern Living as a head to head challenge. Last night I smoked two pork butts. Tomorrow I’ve got 4 chickens to cook, I think I’m smoking two and doing 2 on a rotisserie.
